Hi, I'm Mary

My mission is to help my clients shine in whatever they choose to do, to be their true authentic selves and not to be held captive by their own fears and worries.

I do this by facilitating their learning and understanding of their brain, mind and emotions to build their confidence. This in turn empowers them to implement personal changes so they can grow.

HOW I WORK?

In my quest to help students and young adults navigate their personal well-being, academic and career development with calm, clarity and confidence, I have devised techniques backed by proven scientific methods like positive psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuroscience, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mindfulness and emotional intelligence to deliver my coaching and training sessions.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

My coaching sessions are available in person and via Zoom. They are tailored towards individual needs and can be adapted to a workshop setting for schools.

CAREER COACHING

Young adults will be led on a journey of self-discovery to identify who they are, the type of life and career they would like for themselves. Then go on to design a personalised plan to get there.

LIFE COACHING

This programme assists young adults to take charge and achieve a greater sense of well-being & life satisfaction in all areas of their life. They will learn to set goals & design a personal development action plan.

POSITIVE PARENTING

This programme empowers parents & guardians to facilitate positive life changes that will make a difference to the quality and level of support they offer their child or young person in their care.
